SEASONAL REMINDERS


Pennsylvania weather experts are predicting a snowier Winter season this
year . . . so start to prepare from now.

ü  Up to two bird feeders only are permitted in your fenced yard, up to 4ft off of the rear of your fenced yard or in a tree in your side yard.

ü  All holiday decor and dead plants must be removed.

ü  Only American flags are permitted (no-seasonal flags please).

ü  No signs (including real estate signs are permitted on the property or in windows.

ü  Only annual Spring and Summer flowering plants are permitted such as: Begonia's, Impatients, Sun Patients and Vinca

ü  If you are interested in any planting perennials, kindly visit the portal to complete an ACR request form.

ü  Kindly do not screw, nail or permanently mount anything into the wood trim, PVC fence or vinyl siding of the residential units.

ü  Only American flags are permitted (no-seasonal flags please).

ü  Only annual flowers are permitted in your units immediate mulch beds.

ü  Flowers must be maintained and all dead flowers must be removed from beds and decorative pots.

ü  Decorative flower pots are permitted only on either side of your front door, inside your unit's fenced yard or near garage.

ü  Up to two shepherds hooks are to hang flower pots from are permitted per shrubbery bed.

ü  Hanging flowers are permitted on your lamp pole but must be mainained.

ASSOCIATION DUES


We are pleased to announce that beginning January 1, 2023, Wilshire Hunt will be working with Penco Management as our new property management company.  Please make sure to set up your portal access with the new company.

Payments are due on the 1st of each month.  Payments made after the 15th of month incur a late fee.  See the links below for setting up your new online account with Penco to make your association dues payment online.

Below are the standard residential forms and terms that are provided at the time of property closing, that all residents agree to adhere to during their ownership at Wilshire Hunt. All forms are available on the Architectural change request form available on the Penco portal.

RENTING AT WILSHIRE HUNT

All rental terms in the community are for 12 months or more only. Air B-N-B and other forms of vacation rentals are not permitted.  A tenant request form must be submitted for review and approval for any property to be occupied by someone other than the owner(s).


ARCHITECTURAL OR LANDSCAPE/PLANTING REQUEST

Architectural changes cannot be made to the exterior of any townhome in the community.

Updating and repairing doors and windows require an architectural change request form to be submitted and approved in order for work to begin. In the instance that a resident would like to add or replace a storm door, the new storm door must meet the following requirements.

As a resident interested in adding to or replacing dead tress, shrubs or bushes, kindly complete an Architectural Change request form and submit to:
