our new property management company. Please make
sure to set up your portal access with the new company.Payments
are due on the 1st of each month. Payments made
after the 15th of month incur a late fee. See the

to make your association dues payment online.

RESIDENT
RULES, REGULATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Below are
the standard residential forms and terms that are
provided at the time of property closing, that all
residents agree to adhere to during their ownership at
Wilshire Hunt. All forms are available on
the
Architectural change request form available
on the
Penco portal.

Residents
can update their email address for communication,
provide their full contact information for community
resident use only by using the forms
available
on the
Penco portal.
|
RENTING AT
WILSHIRE HUNT
All rental
terms in the community are for 12 months or more only.
Air B-N-B and other forms of vacation rentals are not
permitted. A tenant request form must be submitted
for review and approval for any property to be occupied
by someone other than the owner(s).

ARCHITECTURAL OR LANDSCAPE/PLANTING REQUEST
Architectural changes cannot be made to the exterior of
any townhome in the community.
Updating
and repairing doors and windows require an architectural
change request form to be submitted and approved in
order for work to begin. In the instance that a resident
would like to add or replace a storm door, the new storm
door must meet the following requirements.

resident interested in adding to or replacing dead
tress, shrubs or bushes, kindly complete an
